This short was hand-selected for Vimeo's Staff Pick Premieres and subsequently lit up the online film community, going on to win the 2017 One Screen Short Film Festival award for Best Animation and a 2018 Webby Award. In this true story, poor Mike recalls his horrific high school Coke Habit. Inspired by the artwork, we explored music and sound design to express those not-so-subtle emotions of this teenager falling into the abyss.
